Once your reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged a non refundable deposit of $100.00. On the day before you're scheduled to arrive, the credit card you provided will be charged for the remaining balance. Reservations made 14 or less days prior to the arrival date will be charged the full amount of their stay at the time the reservation is confirmed and will not be refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing, and at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, by emailing us at HatfieldMcCoy@hotmail.com. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will be responsible for payment of their scheduled stay, unless we are able to re-book their dates on such short notice.
